Job Summary:

At Altumint, client relationships are our top priority. We are seeking a dedicated, personable and experienced Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of photo enforcement programs. The Program Manager will maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The Program Manager will serve as the liaison and work closely with cross functional teams to manage all aspects of the program by coordinating and gathering support of key stakeholders including law enforcement and department of transportation officials, traffic engineers, court clerks, and community leaders. Addressing customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex programs and employ problem solving in an effective and proactive manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, be data driven with an analytical mind, and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be proficient with financial forecasting spreadsheets and data analysis, and other productivity software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Generate Program Client Reports including program health and financials.
  • Meet regularly with clients to discuss program progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Daily tracking of program health, events and technology.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, virtual and in person meetings.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Management of program budgets, including tracking forecast and actuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Data Science, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience such as photo enforcement or transportation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role, a plus.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), as well as experience in other tools such as Smartsheet, Concur, and Jira
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data by utilizing proprietary software.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
