Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Image Quality Specialist to join our growing team. The Image Quality Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of images used across our platform. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of photographic processes and technologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing image quality and enhancing camera functionality to meet client requirements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assess and optimize the quality of images used on our platform, including photographs, videos, and other visual assets.
  • Utilize proprietary systems and network applications to analyze image quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance camera functionality and image quality, resulting in improved client satisfaction and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues related to image quality and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to installation engineers, maintenance technicians, and client operators on image quality standards and best practices.
  • Participate in the design and development of new camera systems, providing expertise and insights to ensure optimal image quality and performance.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in photography, Imaging Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in photographic processes and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using proprietary systems and network applications for image analysis and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve image quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in training and mentoring others on image quality standards and best practices.
  • Knowledge of camera system design and development principles is a plus.
