Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all stages of construction and system deployment for our company's products. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of construction management methodologies, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Review and analyze project specifications, architectural drawings, and blueprints to ensure feasibility.
  • Prepare and present construction estimates, budgets, and timelines.
  • Supervise the construction and system deployment process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Complete system deployments and configurations.
  • Communicate project status updates and risks to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Provide post-deployment support to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or implementation management.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of construction management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
