Job Summary

 

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Processor to join our Quality Assurance team. The primary responsibility of this role is to review images for inconsistencies and discrepancies, ensuring that all visual content meets our company’s standards of quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Image Review:

  • Examine images to identify and document inconsistencies, errors, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure all images adhere to company quality standards and guidelines.
  • Verify the accuracy and consistency of visual content.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
  • Relay information with management so that they may go to the operations team to address and correct identified issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of images to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Record and report findings accurately and comprehensively.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality issues and corrective actions taken.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Suggest improvements to existing quality control processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in image processing and quality control.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance quality control skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in quality control, image review, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
