DrayNow is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator with excellent customer service skills to support the daily operational needs of an intermodal marketplace disrupting the freight industry. If you enjoy solving logistical challenges and are results-oriented, we want to hear from you!
With the help of our award-winning technology, DrayNow Operations Coordinator actively optimize delivery operations and provide top-tier customer service to our clients (transport drivers, freight shippers, 3PLs, and brokers). The DrayNow platform enables our success advocates to monitor multiple first and last-mile intermodal freight shipments simultaneously.
This role is based in our Conshohocken, PA headquarters, easily accessible from the Spring Mill Train Station. An on-site presence is required 3 days a week and 2 can be completed remotely.
