    Client consists of two operating groups:

    • Electronic Instruments (EIG) - a leader in the design and manufacture of advanced instruments for the aerospace, power, process and industrial markets.
    • Electromechanical (EMG) - a differentiated supplier of electrical interconnects, precision motion control solutions, specialty metals, thermal management systems, and floor care and specialty motors.


    • Schedule meetings and candidate interviews
    • Assist with HR projects/initiatives
    • Manage applicant tracking system
    • Post job descriptions
    • Assist with On-Boarding process
    • Preparation of monthly metrics
    • Ad Hoc reporting
    • Processing of Invoices
    • Organize employee meetings and special events
    • Assist with company communications
    • Act as backup for processing payroll (ADP)
    • Reception/Cafeteria Support


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced business environment
    • Microsoft Office experience required (Advanced Excel skills)
    • Applicant Tracking System experience.       PeopleFluent experience a plus
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented and able to problem solve and work independently
