AMETEK consists of two operating groups:
Supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of sales personnel and representatives, required to market and sell Lab, High End Lab, and Process viscometers.
() Direct the sales efforts for process viscometers in a defined area including, sales rep personnel, CRM data and forecasting information.
() Manage interface between the company and the market for assigned products including, pricing, costs,
sales and technical literature, specifications and marketing input. Supervise the process sales staff relative to provision of quotations
() Develop, schedule and participate in training programs for company representatives and customers
personnel. Monitor content and update as required.
() Obtain information related to customers applications and advise on appropriate instruments. Provide
marketing feedback on potential sales. Assist customers obtain the maximum service from purchased
instruments including discussing installation, calibration, operation and data evaluation.
() Assist both process and laboratory instrument customers with the interpretation and acquisition of
rheometer and viscometer data.
() Determine and initiate special engineering requests mandated by customer requirements. Co-manage the
review and prioritizing of open sales and repair orders. Generate, edit and co-approve prices, manuals,
drawings and quotations. Develop and participate in training programs.
